These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, free workshop, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Locked In Profits ("Locked In Profits," "Jack Trades," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Services, registering for the workshop, or providing your information, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and the workshop itself are owned by or licensed to Locked In Profits and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the workshop or any materials without our prior written permission.

Any testimonials or results shown are from real individuals describing their own personal experience. They are not typical, are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results, and will not be specific to your circumstances or the actions you choose to take.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim (and for the free workshop, that amount may be zero).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Locked In Profits and its owners, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
